Today's schedules are so busy that finding time to clean your windows can be annoying, and actually cleaning them can be frustrating. Iossi windows with SunClean helps with both! SunClean self-cleaning technology features a durable, transparent coating that is bonded to the outer surface of the glass during the manufacturing process. The coating makes use of the sun's ultra-violet rays and water to slowly decompose and loosen organic dirt and rinse it away.

Iossi windows are available with the option of Alside's ClimaTech High Performance Insulated Glass Package. - a combination of three key energy efficient elements, each contributing to a superior insulating glass unit that may help to pay for itself through energy savings - year round! The three elements that make the ClimaTech insulated glass so efficient are:

• 1. ClimaTech Insulated Glass: which combines multi-layered low-emissivity (Low-E) glass and argon gas. In the colder seasons, it allows solar heat in and holds the warm air inside. • The ClimaTech ThermaD features insulating Low-E glass, argon gas and a stainless steel Intercept Warm-Edge Spacer for an even greater boost in thermal efficiency, with the unique Intercept design. Through it's stainless steel alloy, ThermaD advances performance to the highest level. Stainless Steel- known for it's unsurpassed strength, durability and resistance to corrosion - is also impervious to gas transmission which improves insulating gas retention in the window unit and increases its overall thermal performance. The stainless steel spacer also incorporates flex, for low stress on the sealant bond to offset effects of temperature changes and helps prevent seal failure. ThermaD Stainless Steel Spacer delivers thermal performance, structural integrity and reliability to maximize your new window investment.
• 3. Insulating Argon Gas: A colorless, odorless, nonflammable, nontoxic, and above all, safe inert gas is heavier than air. When the air between two window panes is replaced with Argon Gas, the energy efficiency of the window is increased. As an added bonus, it also acts as a sound barrier to help make your home quieter.

When ordinary windows with traditional glass get wet, the water beads up, concentrating the dirt into spots or streaks. SunClean self-cleaning technology features a durable, transparent coating that is boned to the outer surface of the glass and utilizes two natural resources - the sun's ultraviolet rays and water.

SunClean uses the sun's UV rays to help break down and loosen the dirt. It also causes water to spread out over the surface and speeds drying time. When it's completely dry, the window will have very little spotting or streaking and require less work to clean.

Energy Star Products

Window products qualify for the ENERGY STAR program when they meet the minimum guidelines for energy efficiency, set forth by the National Fenestration Rating Council (NFRC).
